Sinisi is a family business of the second generation founded by Michele Sinisi, who started the business transforming olives and dried fruit in a small workshop.
Over time, the company has grown and evolved, moving to a more technological location and making the processing of high quality raw materials a real art, respecting the preservation and enhancement of the intrinsic characteristics of food. Even today, the company, led by Michele and his son Francesco, maintains the peculiarities, the values and the experience of the time thanks to which Sinisi is recognized nationally and internationally.
