Sinisi is a family business of the second generation founded by Michele Sinisi, who started the business transforming olives and dried fruit in a small workshop.

Over time, the company has grown and evolved, moving to a more technological location and making the processing of high quality raw materials a real art, respecting the preservation and enhancement of the intrinsic characteristics of food.
